Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your sink or vanity countertop supports a 3-hole widespread faucet installation.
- Check the faucet dimensions and basin layout before installation to ensure the spout is properly positioned over the sink.
- The faucet supports countertops up to approximately 1.97 inches (50 mm) thick.
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies before installation and flush the water lines before making the final connections.
- Follow the installation manual when connecting the hot and cold supply lines, then restore the water gradually and inspect all connections for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet with a soft cloth after use to help minimize water spots and surface residue.
- Clean with mild soap and warm water, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive pads, acidic cleaners, scouring powders, and harsh chemicals that may damage the matte black finish.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
