Installation Notes:
- Designed for deck-mounted bathtub installation; confirm the available deck space and required mounting configuration before installation.
- Connect the hot and cold water supply lines according to the installation instructions and verify all connections are properly secured.
- Flush the hot and cold supply lines before connecting the faucet to help remove debris from the plumbing system.
- Secure the handheld shower hose beneath the deck and allow sufficient clearance for smooth movement and comfortable use.
- Check all water connections and fittings for leaks before completing the installation.
- Run both the waterfall tub spout and handheld shower to verify proper water flow and outlet switching after installation.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the faucet surfaces with clean water and dry with a soft cotton cloth after use to help maintain the finish.
- Use mild liquid soap when cleaning; avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive products, rough scouring pads, paper towels, and scrapers.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
