Installation Notes:
- Designed for exposed wall-mounted installation in tub-and-shower or shower-over-tub bathroom spaces.
- The hot and cold water outlets should be approximately 5.9 inches (150 mm) apart, center-to-center.
- When facing the faucet, connect the hot water supply on the left and the cold water supply on the right.
- Check the available wall and ceiling clearance before installation and adjust the shower riser to the desired height before fully securing the wall support.
- Flush the hot and cold water supply lines before connecting the faucet to help prevent debris from entering the valve and shower outlets.
- After installation, test the overhead shower, handheld shower, tub spout, and diverter individually and check all connections for leaks.
- Professional installation is recommended for proper alignment, secure mounting, sealing, and final leak testing.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse and wipe the faucet body, shower column, shower head, hand shower, handles, and tub spout with a soft cloth after use.
- For routine cleaning, use water or a mild non-abrasive cleaner with a soft cloth.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive powders, rough pads, metal brushes, scrapers, and other harsh cleaning products that may damage the finish.
- If mineral buildup reduces water flow, gently clean or rinse the shower head as needed.
- Avoid excessive bending or twisting of the handheld shower hose and allow it to hang naturally when not in use.
- Periodically inspect the hose, threaded fittings, and wall connections if dripping or reduced water flow occurs.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
