Installation Notes:
- Flush the hot and cold water pipes before connecting the valve body to help remove debris from the lines.
- Verify the rough-in depth and valve position before finishing the wall surface.
- Follow the inlet and outlet markings carefully when connecting hot water, cold water, and each shower function.
- Test all connections for leakage before sealing the wall and installing the trim plate.
- Install the overhead shower head, handheld shower, and control panel only after the concealed body is secured correctly.
- Professional installation is strongly recommended for accurate setup and long-term performance.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the surface with a soft cloth after use to help preserve the matte black finish.
- Use mild soap and clean water only for routine cleaning.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
