The shower hardware looks great and works exactly how I would hope. Install didn't go smoothly, but that's because my plumber didn't read the measurements before install. The spout is higher than it would be on a typical tub. Customer service was amazing tho, they I offered to make a custom part to increase the height. In the end I didn't go that route because it was quicker to have the plumber redo the install, but I wouldn't hesitate to get another of these shower systems.

It is a bit early to comment on the Rain shower system purchased as it has not as yet been installed or tested but it looks like a high quality product with a beautiful finish. What I can comment on is the excellent and prompt service I received when contacting customer service. Firstly it was always the same person looking after the many purchases that I had inquiries about, making the interaction a courteous and simple experience. No issue was left unresolved. So I am confident that in the unlikely event that, once tested, an item has a problem it will be resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I love this shower head. It’s modern and attractive and was far less than it would have cost to have one put together and includes a lot for the money. I looked for weeks for something I liked. We have been using it for about a month, three showers a day among our family members with no issues. It is solid brass and was HEAVY. The hand held has great pressure and it all works very well, no leaking.

This is an awesome shower for the price. The look is beautiful and the water pressure is super strong. The packaging Is great - each piece being wrapped separately as not to get scratched. Costumer service is top notch . I purchased this couple of months before my shower remodel when it came time to install I lost one part, in less than 3/4 hours they were already mailing me the part with awesome follow up I highly, highly recommend this product. Love it . Redid the bathroom and wow we love this shower and faucet . The contractor said it wasn’t easy to install ( like a USA product) but he got it . I absolutely love the style . The shower head rains down with just the right amount of water ( no slow drips , lol ) . The hand held wand is easy to use ( I have arthritis ) and it looks very modern . Great purchase .

I bought 2 and had them professionally installed with all copper piping. Unbelievable value for the money. I got Grohe at first, to realize it was mostly plastic at more than twice the price, and returned it. At first I was apprehensive because RBROHANT was an unknown brand and it was in-the wall installation, but the result is fantastic. Very high-quality product in the works flawlessly. Most excellent showers. I recommend it highly.
