Installation Notes:
- Flush the hot and cold water supply lines before installation to remove debris and sediment.
- Confirm the positions of the rain shower, handheld shower, tub spout, and control valve before opening or finishing the wall.
- Install the concealed valve box at a finished-wall depth of approximately 2.55" to 2.95".
- Keep the rough-in box level and follow the marked inlet and outlet directions when connecting the water lines.
- Pressure-test the valve and all concealed connections for leaks before sealing and finishing the wall.
- Apply PTFE tape to threaded shower arm and tub spout connections where required.
- Professional installation is recommended for correct rough-in placement, waterproofing, and thermostatic performance.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the visible shower components with clean water and dry them with a soft cotton cloth after use.
- Use mild liquid soap and water to remove surface dirt and mineral residue.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive detergents, polishing powders, rough pads, scrapers, and coarse paper towels.
- Gently clean the shower nozzles if mineral buildup causes an uneven spray pattern.
- Remove and rinse the tub spout aerator if sediment begins to restrict the water flow.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
