Installation Notes:
- Confirm that the drain position is compatible with the 12–15.75-inch rough-in range before ordering.
- Allow sufficient installation space for the overall toilet dimensions of approximately L27 × W15.5 × H18 inches.
- Check the floor drain, water supply location, electrical outlet, and surrounding bathroom space before installation.
- Keep the electrical outlet and power connection away from direct water spray or standing water.
- Shut off the water supply before removing the existing toilet or connecting the new unit.
- Professional installation is recommended when plumbing modifications, electrical work, or toilet replacement is required.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the ceramic bowl regularly with a mild toilet cleaner and a soft toilet brush.
- Wipe the heated seat, lid, display, side knob, sensors, and exterior with a soft damp cloth, then dry.
- Allow the automatic nozzle cleaning and UV sterilization functions to operate normally and inspect the nozzle periodically for mineral or debris buildup.
- Avoid abrasive pads, strong acids, chlorine cleaners, metal brushes, and harsh chemical sprays.
- Keep the remote control, display, sensors, power cord, plug, and other electrical components dry during cleaning.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
