How to Select the Correct Style:
- Locate the model number of your original RBROHANT shower system, shower valve, or bathroom faucet.
- Check your original order confirmation, product page, installation manual, or replacement-part information.
- Remove the existing cartridge only after shutting off the hot and cold water supplies.
- Compare the old cartridge with the product images for each Style option.
- Confirm the overall shape, stem profile, body length, diameter, locating tabs, and inlet openings.
- Select the matching Style before adding the replacement cartridge to your cart.

Common Signs a Cartridge May Need Replacement:
- Water continues to drip after the faucet or shower is turned off.
- The handle becomes difficult, loose, or uneven to operate.
- Hot and cold water no longer mix or adjust normally.
- Water temperature changes unexpectedly during handle adjustment.
- The fixture does not shut off completely.
- Water leaks around the control stem or handle area.
Important: These symptoms may also be caused by debris, damaged seals, incorrect installation, water-pressure conditions, or wear inside the valve body. Replacing the cartridge may not resolve problems caused by other components.
Installation Notes:
- Shut off both the hot and cold water supplies before disassembling the fixture.
- Confirm the replacement Style matches the original cartridge before removing packaging or beginning installation.
- Photograph the handle, retaining components, and original cartridge position before disassembly for reference during reinstallation.
- Remove the retaining nut, clip, or locking component carefully to avoid damaging the valve body.
- Clean loose debris and mineral deposits from the cartridge chamber before inserting the replacement part.
- Align all locating tabs, openings, and hot-and-cold orientations with the original installation.
- Do not hammer, grind, trim, or force an incompatible cartridge into the fixture.
- Reassemble the fixture, restore the water supply gradually, and test the handle movement, temperature adjustment, shut-off, and visible connections for leaks.
- Follow the installation instructions for the original compatible RBROHANT product whenever available.
Care & Maintenance:
- Operate the fixture handle gently and avoid forcing the cartridge beyond its normal movement range.
- Flush the water-supply lines when plumbing work has introduced sediment or debris into the system.
- Do not apply petroleum-based grease, acidic chemicals, abrasive compounds, or unsuitable sealants to the cartridge.
- If operation becomes irregular after installation, shut off the water supply and verify cartridge alignment, cleanliness, and compatibility.
- Inspect the fixture for leakage after installation and again after several uses.

Replacement parts are not covered by the 30-day return policy. Please confirm the correct Style before placing your order. If you are unsure which cartridge you need, contact us with clear photos of your existing cartridge, fixture, and original order information for compatibility assistance.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.
