Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.

Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.

The unit is great BUT the measurement on the website for the length of the main pipe was wrong so the it would have been way higher than we could use/install when we got the unit. So we had to cut through the wall of the bedroon on the other side of shower wall and all that hassle to redo piping lower into the shower and repair and paint the wall where we could connect it instead of using the current piping. Double check the diagram and the arrows showing height/length and you will see what is the problem. We were under a time crunch and had to install it. So could not return it and look for a better match. That being said once installed it is an excellent shower unit as far as we can tell after using it for a week.”

Great customer service from Rhobrant. the shower fixture feels solid and heavy. the large shower head is nice but i wished it didn't have the grey under colour and was all brass instead. would buy from Rhobrant again just based on customer service and quick shipping!

Easy to install. Not made of cheap material, most parts are metal. What plastic there is, is high quality. The Finish looks great.

This shower head is great, I don’t like getting out of the shower. Easy to install and great water pressure. It’s been up for a couple months now and no complaints.
We did a total remodel in the main bathroom in our house. We ripped out the tub and put in a step-in shower as part of the process. We dececided to go with this shower head and we are glad that we did.
There is only one problem.....no one wants to go out of the shower now ;)
This is the best shower head I have ever purchased. There is a little more work to get it installed but having all the controls down within arms reach, is worth it.

This was so easy to install and everything that you need to install it was included. This shower head system is high quality at a very reasonable cost, it was hands down the best shower I’ve had since moving into our house in 2015!
I absolutely love this shower. My wife enjoys the wand and I the rain shower giving us both what we like in one unit. The valve for switching between the wand and rain head is smooth and easy to turn. I’m finding excuses to take more showers. 😀

We are very happy with this shower head. Good water pressure and the rain shower is far enough from the wall to feel comfortable when standing underneath.
This shower head is PERFECT! I love that we have the option to have a rain shower head or a hose shower head. This makes your shower look fancy without all the extra plumbing needed for a separate rain shower head. It was super easy to install and is very sturdy! No extra plumbing or screwing into the wall needed. We wanted something that looked good, but was also functional for washing kids and dogs, and this works great for that. Would 100% purchase again.
We just did renovation of our master bath. This shower system is definitely a highlight of the bathroom! The material is solid and high quality. The color is true brushed gold. The design is elegant and clean line. We like that it most comes with rainfall head. Our whole family love it!

This shower system is amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was blown away by the quality and the functionality. It was packaged extremely well. The pressure is amazing and all of the functionalities are great. You cannot beat this shower system.
Water pressure is a definite plus, my kids enjoy the different ways the water flows.
Came very well packed. The faucet is very heavy duty. I love the subtle, not brassy, gold color. Plumber was even impressed with it. Still working perfectly as it should with no leaks.
The shower system came in a well organized box, packaged very well. The only problem I had was the need of a male/female connector in order to have the handheld shower distributor face flush with the shower wall. The service department sent me the piece I needed and I was then able to hook up the handheld shower to the water supply. Excellent customer service and very timely response to my problem.

The only problem is that once you get in the shower, you don’t want to get out. The water coming down on your head, neck, and shoulders is very soothing.
Perfect for getting your scalp & whole body wet. The water behaves as wanted & falls down on you instead of attacking you in the face or overshooting you & missing you all together. Love this shower head! Tried 3 others before this one that incited annoyance and avoidance of the shower.

The shower is just as beautiful as I expected. I love how everything is adjustable. I had an issue with one of the shower valves and they offered great customer service. They were quick to respond and rectify the problem.
Once it was installed it looked great, functioned even better that I expected, and the height of the rain shower head is adjustable. (Which came in very handy for the tall people in my family)
