Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your bathroom wall and plumbing layout are compatible with a wall-mounted 2-function shower system before installation.
- Plan the rough-in valve, diverter, shower arm, rain shower head, handheld shower holder, and valve trim positions carefully before closing the wall.
- Make sure there is enough clearance for the shower arm and 6-inch round rain shower head in your shower area.
- Position the handheld shower holder where the 59-inch shower hose can move comfortably without pulling, twisting, or interfering with other fixtures.
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies before removing an existing shower system or beginning installation.
- Flush the water-supply lines before final connection to help prevent debris from entering the valve, rain shower head, or handheld shower.
- Follow the installation manual when positioning the rough-in valve with diverter, valve decorative cover, shower arm, escutcheon, rain shower head, handheld shower, shower hose, and shower holder.
- Secure all components firmly without overtightening or damaging the wall surface, valve trim, shower arm, shower hose, handheld shower, or brushed gold finish.
- Restore the water supply gradually and inspect the valve body, shower arm connection, hose connections, handheld shower, shower holder, and wall connections for leaks.
- Test the rain shower function, handheld shower function, diverter operation, water flow, and shutoff performance before completing installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for wall-mounted shower systems, especially when in-wall valve placement or plumbing changes are required.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the shower system with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots, soap residue, fingerprints, and mineral buildup.
- Use mild soap and clean water for routine cleaning, then dry the surface with a soft cloth.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, chlorine-based products, abrasive powders, scouring pads, metal brushes, and rough cleaning cloths.
- Do not leave shampoo, body wash, soap, hard-water deposits, or strong cleaning products on the finish for an extended period.
- Wipe the rubber nozzles on the rain shower head and handheld shower regularly to help reduce mineral buildup.
- Check the shower hose periodically to make sure it moves freely and is not kinked, twisted, or under tension.
- Inspect the valve trim, shower arm, rain shower head, handheld shower, hose connections, and holder periodically for moisture, looseness, or signs of leakage.
- If water flow becomes uneven or noticeably reduced, check the shower nozzles and hose connections for debris or mineral buildup.
