- Flush hot and cold water lines before connecting the valve.
- Confirm rough-in depth before closing the finished wall.
- Install the 16" shower arm securely before attaching the rain shower head.
- Connect the diverter outlet to the handheld shower line as marked.

- Clean with mild liquid soap and water only.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.

One box was missing a piece and another piece was damaged. It was clearly opened and returned by someone because they left a pocket knife inside the box.

Haven't installed it yet but it looks very nice. Our contractor was impressed with it as well.
Unfortunately it doesn‘t fit our water connections. But it looked very high quality.

My new tiles have been installed already so I'm limited to 3 rought out holes. I love this, but could someone tell me if the hand held gets it's water from the same feed and just needs to be bolted to the tile? Or does it also need it's own water supply?

In love with this shower system! I wanted something beautiful and functional for our new bathroom! Both heads have great water pressure- they can’t be used at the same time but are both amazing on their own! Very pleased with my purchase.. my boyfriend put it together in less than an hour and seemed to have no trouble with it although he is pretty handy! Definitely recommend!
