Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.

Built outdoor shower from scrap pallets last year .. bought inexpensive fixture that didn't work well and leaked badly .. returned it and got my money back .. bought yours this year .. works great .. no leaks .. will remove before winter to prevent damage to internal controls

Ordering was straightforward. Quality of shower hardware is great and water flow very comfortable. My plumber mounted it on a wood boards so that I can take it inside during the winter months.

This was exactly what I was looking for! It looks great beside our pool. Easy to install and the packaging it came in was secure and professional. We love the extra handle. Easy to use and very attractive.
The faucet looks great and works well now. We drained it for the winter and had a leak in the spring. Contacted customer service and they were great. Sent us a replacement part and have made sure we are happy. Couldn't ask for better service. Hopefully next winter we will insulate it and have no more problems. Very happy overall.

We recently remodeled our backyard pool area and wanted an outdoor shower that looked more premium than the typical stainless steel units sold locally. After comparing several options, we decided on this model and I'm glad we did. The shower arrived well packaged with all parts protected individually. Installation took my contractor around two hours since we were connecting it to existing hot and cold water lines. The brass construction feels very solid and much heavier than I expected. What impressed us most is the rainfall shower head. The coverage is excellent and the water flow feels strong without being harsh. We also use the handheld sprayer almost every day to rinse off sunscreen, sand, and even our Labrador after swimming. After about three months outdoors, there are no signs of rust or discoloration. Several guests have asked where we bought it because it looks like something from a high-end resort. Would absolutely purchase again.

This item is honestly a way higher quality than I was expecting for the price. Excellent value. Even more impressive though was that this past winter (which was exceptionally cold here in the Northeastern US) my unit suffered some damage. I asked this company to send me just the single part I needed to do the repair, but they actually sent me an entirely new shower system! Now I have a full set of spare parts. Really easy support team to work with. Highly recommend.

This is a great shower product. While I haven't used it yet (still awaiting plumber to connect lines), I have already installed it in our newly build outdoor shower. It seems well built, looks great, and was very easy to install in just a matter of minutes. The seller was also extremely responsive and helpful. I had accidentally installed something backward and couldn't figure out why it wasn't fitting correctly. The seller quickly got back to me with pictures on how to correct what I had done wrong, and I was able to correct it immediately. So far so good.
I was looking for a product to put in our outside shower stall at our beach house. Ordered it, installed it and a great addition to our shower. Its easy to install and simple to use. It hasn't gone through a winter yet but hopefully once drained for the winter we wont have any issues.
We are using this for a beach side outdoor shower. Has to be stainless steel to avoid rust. Awesome value and nice quality. Bought a second one for an outdoor poolside shower.
After I ordered i noticed a different model that I liked better. I contacted their customer service and asked if I could exchange the one I got for the other one I had seen. They were very helpful and they offered me to just pay the shipping on the new one and keep both of them. I installed it in my backyard as a pool shower. Its very solid.
Bought and installed it for an outdoor shower at a clients house. Water pressure is great, which is huge because most homeowners complain about low water pressure in new fixtures due to EPA restrictions but this shower has really good pressure.
My wife and i selected this outdoor shower because of its unique exposed look and because it was hundreds cheaper than other brands.

Bought this for our outdoor shower, and so happy with it! It was so easy to install - the only slightly difficult part was to figure out where all the washers go. No biggie. It's worked beautifully - no scratches so far, no leaks, and a smooth handle. Super happy with it, and buying only this shower unit for all showers from now on.
Very good quality fixtures and stylish as well. Stainless steel outdoor shower and the fittings were brass. Plumber installed it and there were no issues so I assume it was all good.
