I live in coastal NC (Beaufort). I recently mounted our new shower system on an exterior wall just off our screened-in back porch. It’s a bit of a work-in-progress, but I will soon build the shower enclosure, flooring/decking, etc. around the new shower appliance creating an enclosure equal to the fine, handsome aesthetic and high quality of the gorgeous new shower system.
The system met all my expectations thus far (handsome, obvious high quality, comfortable and sturdy weight, great water pressure, etc.).

Plumber installed without any issues. Shipping was fine and I love the product. I did send email with a question to support prior to placing order and did not hear back. Plan to add a bench and cedar shelves so pics are preliminary!

Great quality fixture. Easy to install. There were some issues with shipping because we live in a remote area but the customer service was fantastic. They helped us get it sorted and everything arrived in great condition.
This was the exact color and options we were looking for. It arrived quickly since we are already in Los Angeles and shipped locally and we could not be happier with the final result.
We just got our outdoor shower unit installed and we LOVE IT! We were missing a part that we just reached out to services for, but luckily it was only the tube for the handheld so the plumber was able to install the main unit today. Hoping they ship out the tube for the handheld soon which will allow me to comment their customer service. Overall quality shower!

Customer service was incredible. I had a question about how well the product would perform in cold weather conditions and the company got back to me within a few minutes and it was late at night my time. I have had several cheaper units burst at the seams during cold weather conditions, even when drained of water. I am hopeful this product will last through the seasons – I was told it has a lifetime guarantee so I hope I understood that correctly. :-)
The price was reasonable, the quality appears to be very high and unit came with everything needed for easy installation. I highly recommend this company and their products.

My plumber installed this for me, he said it seems to be very well made. Always good when my plumber is happy!!
This outdoor shower is not on its 3rd season and whole the weather is warm enough, I take probably 90% of my showers out there.
I learned the a hard way that you have to do a little more to winterize it than cut the water off and open the valve. Thankfully, the customer service for this product is fantastic, when I message them to ask if I could purchase a replacement part, they sent me a replacement part for free! They sent a video for instructions and followed up to make sure the repair went well.
I already bought another shower from them to install at my parents house for them. Great product, great support!
I had this installed by a plumber, so I can’t speak to ease of installation. I can say it works perfectly, there are no leaks and the water pressure is fantastic. I use the handheld piece to give my dog a bath during the winter. (Had this hooked up to hot water) we have several showers as most homes do, but my guest think it’s fun to shower outside. We had a freeze here, so based on other reviews, I covered the main pipes with pool noodles and had zero issue. Great purchase and looks really good.
This outdoor shower set is of superior quality and features an exquisite appearance, boasting a matte black finish and an innovative design. Easy to install with clear, easy-to-understand instructions, it is perfectly suited for outdoor environments and offers excellent value for money.
The hot and cold Spicket had to be mounted fairly low on the pole because there wasn’t a smaller home for it to melt on. I would’ve liked the Spicket to be more like chest level but it’s more like waste level which isn’t a big deal but if you’re pretty tall, you’re gonna be scooting down to adjust the water. The other thing is that my plumber told us to take that whole fixture off with the two bolts that it’s holding it on with and take it in in the winter because the look of it will last longer if it’s not outside exposed to all the elements all year round. We may think about doing that.
