Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your bathroom wall is suitable for a wall-mounted heated towel rack before installation.
- Choose the installation position carefully so towels can hang freely without touching the floor, sink, toilet, shower door, or nearby fixtures.
- Make sure there is enough clearance above the top shelf for folded towels, small bath items, and daily access.
- Confirm whether your setup will use plug-in or hardwired installation before mounting the towel rack.
- For plug-in installation, position the towel rack near a suitable electrical outlet and avoid stretching or pinching the power cord.
- For hardwired installation, professional electrical installation is recommended to ensure safe wiring and code-compliant setup.
- Keep the towel warmer away from direct water spray, standing water, bathtub interiors, and shower interiors.
- Follow the installation manual when marking the wall, drilling mounting holes, installing anchors, securing the bracket, and mounting the towel rack.
- Make sure the towel rack is firmly secured to the wall before use.
- Test the touchscreen, timer setting, temperature adjustment, heating function, and auto shut-off before regular use.
- Do not cover the control panel, overload the bars, or place heat-sensitive items directly on the heated surface.
Care & Maintenance:
- Turn off the towel warmer and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to wipe the towel rack surface regularly.
- Use mild soap and clean water for routine cleaning, then dry the surface with a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive pads, metal brushes, acidic cleaners, chlorine-based products, alcohol-based cleaners, and harsh chemical sprays.
- Do not pour water directly onto the towel warmer, touchscreen, wiring area, plug, or wall connection.
- Keep the touchscreen clean and dry to help maintain smooth operation.
- Do not hang dripping-wet towels that may cause water to run into the electrical or control area.
- Check the wall mounts periodically to make sure the towel rack remains secure and stable.
- If the towel warmer stops heating normally, turn it off and inspect the power connection before further use.
