- Check the bathtub position, spout reach, floor clearance, and hot and cold water supply locations before installation.
- Flush the water supply lines before connecting the faucet to help prevent debris from entering the valve or spout outlet.
- Secure the internal mounting bracket firmly to a suitable structural floor before attaching the decorative base and faucet body.
- Connect the hot and cold supply hoses according to the plumbing layout and check all fittings before final assembly.
- Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper floor anchoring, plumbing connections, alignment, and leak testing.
Care & Maintenance:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
