Installation Notes:
- Verify the bathtub deck dimensions and mounting position before installation to ensure adequate space for the faucet assembly.
- Connect the hot and cold water supplies to the corresponding inlet connections and make sure all fittings are securely tightened.
- Flush the water supply pipes before installing the faucet to minimize the risk of debris entering the valve or outlet system.
- Route the handheld shower hose beneath the bathtub deck with enough slack to allow the shower head to be moved freely during use.
- After installation, turn on the water supply gradually and inspect every connection for possible leaks.
- Test both water outlets and the diverter function to confirm smooth operation and consistent water flow.
Care & Maintenance:
- After use, rinse the faucet with clean water and wipe the surface dry using a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- For routine cleaning, use a mild liquid soap and water solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners, acidic chemicals, scouring pads, or sharp cleaning tools.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
