Installation Notes:
- Shut off the water supply before installation and flush the hot and cold water supply lines to remove debris.
- Verify the inlet positions, connection spacing, wall mounting points, and installation clearances against the product dimension drawing before drilling.
- Ensure the mounting surface is suitable for supporting the exposed shower column and securely fasten the wall brackets.
- Install the shower column vertically and connect the rainfall shower head, handheld shower hose, and tub spout according to the supplied installation instructions.
- Check the clearance around the shower head, handheld shower holder, mixer handles, and tub spout before completing installation.
- Operate the mixer and diverter to test all three water outlets. Inspect the connections and hose fittings for leaks.
- Professional installation is recommended for correct plumbing connections, secure mounting, and reliable sealing.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the shower head, shower column, mixer body, handles, handheld shower, and tub spout with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean the Matte Black, Brushed Gold, or Brushed Nickel finish using mild liquid soap and water, then dry with a clean, non-abrasive cloth.
- Avoid bleach, acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, scouring powders, and harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
- If mineral deposits affect the spray pattern, gently clean the shower head outlets using a method appropriate for the nozzle material.
- Keep the handheld shower outlets and tub spout opening free of soap residue and mineral buildup.
- Operate the manual handles and diverter smoothly without applying excessive force.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
