- Smooth Hot and Cold Adjustment: Helps control water flow and temperature when properly matched and installed.
- Leak-Resistant Ceramic Core: Ceramic cartridge construction helps support reliable sealing and daily handle operation.
- Replacement Cartridge Only: Valve body, trim, handles, screws, tools, and other shower parts are not included.

- This cartridge is not universal and fits listed RBROHANT models only.
- Confirm your shower faucet model, original order information, or removed cartridge before ordering.
- If you are unsure, send us photos of your faucet, handle area, old cartridge, and original order details.
- Do not install the cartridge if the shape, size, or connection structure does not match your original part.
- Replacement parts are not covered under the 30-day return policy.

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouses in California or New Jersey, with the nearest location selected whenever possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Before ordering, please make sure the product is suitable for your installation. If you need assistance, contact support@rbrohant.com.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.
When emailing support@rbrohant.com, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
