Installation Notes:
- Designed for 5-hole bathtub deck installation.
- Confirm the positions of the hot handle, tub spout, cold handle, diverter, and hand shower before drilling the bathtub deck.
- Install the hot-water control on the side marked with the red indicator and the cold-water control on the side marked with the blue indicator.
- Flush the hot and cold supply lines before connecting the faucet valves.
- Keep all under-deck braided hoses properly routed and free from twisting, sharp bends, or kinks.
- Allow enough open space beneath the hand shower holder for the shower hose to move freely.
- Check every hose and valve connection for leaks before completing the installation.
- Test both the tub spout and hand shower to confirm that the diverter operates correctly.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the faucet surfaces with clean water and dry them with a soft cotton cloth after use.
- Use mild liquid soap when necessary; avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasives, rough pads, paper towels, and metal scrapers.
- Wipe away water spots regularly to help preserve the brushed gold finish.
- Clean the tub spout outlet if the water stream becomes uneven or reduced.
- Remove mineral buildup from the hand shower spray outlets using a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush.
- Operate the handles and diverter gently, and avoid pulling the hand shower hose with excessive force.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
