Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your sink or vanity countertop supports deck-mounted single-hole faucet installation.
- Check the faucet height, sprayer position, and mode-switching knob clearance before installation.
- Make sure the stream and spray outlets align with the basin to help reduce splashing during use.
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies and flush the supply lines before final connection.
- Follow the installation manual, then restore water gradually and check the faucet base, handle, sprayer, knob, and connections for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and fingerprints.
- Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.
When emailing support@rbrohant.com, please include:

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
