The quality of the product is heavy and seems to be very well made. There could have been better directions within the product and had better measurements for an easier install. Email response was within 24 hours and they provided answers to our questions, but the information we requested would have been appreciated in the instructions.

The unit is great, it works fine. Hopefully the white spots on the knobs will come off with a metal cleaner! The only part of the faucet that spits are the knobs.

So far, so good. The shower head is excellent and the hand held wand is easy to work. The spigot is especially handy for filling up a bucket or the dog's water bowl.

The shower head and set up is very nice. It looks great! We have been using it for about 3 months and no problems. My plumber is very particular about what he installs and didn't have any problems. We are using for an outdoor shower. It has taken a beating from the Louisiana sun and heat and no problems so far. I really appreciate that it has a faucet, shower head and hand held shower head. The only complaint that I could say is that the hand held doesn't have a lot of water pressure. The rain shower head is great and the faucet has lots of pressure but the hand held part does not have a ton of pressure. I would buy again.
