Installation Notes:
- Verify that your existing plumbing connections and wall layout are compatible with the wall-mounted shower system before installation.
- Confirm the hot and cold water supply connections and the required mounting positions before securing the shower assembly.
- Install the system on a stable, properly reinforced wall or suitable outdoor shower structure.
- Check the overhead shower arm clearance, total installation height, handheld shower holder position, and lower spout clearance before final mounting.
- Follow the product-specific installation instructions, tighten connections appropriately, and gradually restore the water supply.
- Test the rainfall shower, handheld sprayer, lower spout, mixer valve, and diverter. Inspect all plumbing connections for leaks before regular use.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the shower system with clean water after exposure to pool water, salt spray, sand, or other outdoor contaminants.
- Clean the exterior with mild soap and water, then wipe dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- Avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders, acidic cleaners, and harsh chemicals that may damage the surface finish.
- Periodically inspect the shower nozzles, hose, diverter, and plumbing connections for mineral buildup, wear, or leakage.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
