Installation Notes:
- Flush the hot and cold water supply lines before installation to remove debris that could affect the thermostatic mixer.
- Connect the hot water supply on the left and the cold water supply on the right.
- Confirm the inlet spacing, shower column height, and shower arm clearance before drilling or securing the wall brackets.
- Do not disassemble or adjust the factory-set thermostatic cartridge before installation.
- Install the supplied washers at all shower head and hose connections, then test every joint for leaks.
- Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct water-line orientation, alignment, and thermostatic performance.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the shower system with clean water and dry it with a soft cotton cloth after use.
- Use mild liquid cleaner and water to remove surface dirt and mineral residue.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive powders, rough brushes, and polishing products that could damage the finish.
- Gently clean the rain shower and hand shower nozzles if the spray pattern becomes uneven.
- Rinse away all cleaning products thoroughly and dry the surface after cleaning.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
