Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your bathroom floor layout, drain position, water supply, and electrical outlet are compatible with this tankless smart toilet before installation.
- Make sure a suitable power source is available near the toilet location and kept away from direct water spray or standing water.
- Shut off the water supply and remove the existing toilet before beginning installation.
- Clean the floor flange area and confirm that the drain connection is properly aligned before placing the smart toilet.
- Follow the installation manual when positioning the toilet body, connecting the water supply, securing the base, and setting up the remote control.
- Do not overtighten mounting hardware or water connections, as this may damage the ceramic base, fittings, or internal components.
- After installation, restore the water supply gradually and check the water inlet, drain area, toilet base, and bidet connection for leaks.
- Connect power only after the toilet is fully installed and all water connections have been checked.
- Test flushing, rear wash, feminine wash, nozzle self-cleaning, water temperature adjustment, auto lid and seat operation, foot sensor, side knob, remote control, pre-mist, and auto flush before regular use.
- Professional installation is recommended for smart toilets, especially when electrical work, plumbing adjustment, or toilet replacement is required.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the ceramic bowl regularly with mild toilet cleaner and a soft toilet brush.
- Wipe the seat, lid, side knob, sensor area, and exterior surface with a soft damp cloth, then dry with a clean cloth.
- Avoid abrasive powders, metal brushes, scouring pads, strong acids, chlorine-based cleaners, and harsh chemical sprays on the seat, lid, side knob, remote control, or sensor areas.
- Do not pour water directly onto the side knob, power switch, remote control, power connection, sensor area, or electrical components.
- Use the nozzle self-cleaning function regularly and inspect the spray nozzle area for mineral buildup or debris.
- Keep the radar sensor and foot sensor areas clean so automatic lid and seat functions can operate properly.
- If bidet water flow becomes weak or uneven, check the water supply, filter area, and nozzle area for debris or mineral buildup.
- If flushing performance becomes weak, check the water supply and bowl area for debris, blockage, or mineral buildup.
- If the toilet will not be used for an extended period, turn off the water supply and power according to the user manual.
- In freezing climates or unheated spaces, protect the water supply and toilet from freezing conditions.
