Installation Notes:
- Confirm whether your installation requires the 305 mm / 12-inch or 400 mm / 15.75-inch rough-in before ordering.
- Check the drain position, water supply location, electrical outlet, and available floor space before installation.
- Allow sufficient installation space for the overall toilet dimensions of L690 × W409 × H500 mm.
- Confirm that the incoming water supply is within the recommended 0.18–0.5 MPa pressure range.
- Prepare a suitable electrical outlet near the toilet and keep the outlet and electrical connection away from direct water spray or standing water.
- Shut off the water supply before removing an existing toilet or connecting the new unit.
- Secure the toilet in position and check all water connections carefully for leaks before connecting the power supply.
- Professional installation is recommended when plumbing modifications, electrical work, or toilet replacement is required.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the ceramic bowl regularly with a mild toilet cleaner and a soft toilet brush.
- Wipe the seat, lid, exterior, sensors, side control knob, and LED display with a soft damp cloth, then dry with a clean cloth.
- Clean the bidet nozzle regularly and allow the self-cleaning cycle to operate normally before and after use.
- Avoid abrasive pads, metal brushes, strong acids, chlorine-based cleaners, and harsh chemical sprays that may damage the ceramic surface or electronic components.
- Do not spray water directly onto the remote control, LED display, side knob, radar sensor, electrical outlet, or power connection.
- If the toilet will not be used for an extended period, shut off the water supply and disconnect the power according to the product instructions.
