Before You Order: Choose the Correct Style

  • This is a model-specific RBROHANT replacement cartridge, not a universal cartridge.
  • Select the Style that matches your original RBROHANT shower valve, faucet, or removed cartridge.
  • Compare the cartridge body, stem shape, length, diameter, locating tabs, openings, and connection points before ordering.
  • Do not install the cartridge if the shape, size, or connection structure does not match exactly.
  • If you are unsure which Style to choose, contact us with photos of your old cartridge, fixture, and original order information.
  • RBROHANT Replacement Cartridge: Designed for selected RBROHANT shower valves, tub-and-shower systems, and bathroom faucets.
  • Model-Specific Fit: Each Style is made for a specific RBROHANT valve or faucet configuration and must match the original cartridge.
  • Helps Restore Water Control: The correct cartridge may help improve shut-off, water mixing, temperature adjustment, or handle operation.
  • Multiple Cartridge Styles: Style options may include thermostatic cartridges, pressure balance cartridges, or mixer cartridges depending on the original fixture.
  • Cartridge Only: Valve bodies, handles, trim plates, hoses, tools, and other shower or faucet parts are not included.

Cartridge Type Guide

  • Thermostatic Cartridge: Helps maintain a stable water temperature in compatible thermostatic shower valves.
  • Pressure Balance Cartridge: Helps balance hot and cold water pressure changes in compatible pressure balance valves.
  • Mixer Cartridge: Controls water mixing, flow, or temperature adjustment in compatible mixer valves and faucets.

How to Match Your Cartridge

  • Check your original RBROHANT product model, order record, product page, or installation manual.
  • Remove the old cartridge only after shutting off both hot and cold water supplies.
  • Compare the removed cartridge with the product images for each Style option.
  • Confirm the stem profile, body shape, tabs, openings, length, diameter, and connection structure.
  • When in doubt, send us photos before placing your order.

Common Replacement Signs

  • Water continues to drip after the faucet or shower is turned off.
  • The handle becomes difficult, loose, uneven, or hard to control.
  • Hot and cold water do not mix or adjust normally.
  • Water temperature becomes unstable in a compatible thermostatic or pressure balance valve.
  • Water leaks around the handle or cartridge stem area.

Note: These issues may also be caused by debris, damaged seals, incorrect installation, water pressure, or wear inside the valve body. Replacing the cartridge may not solve problems caused by other parts.

Installation Notes

  • Shut off both hot and cold water supplies before installation.
  • Confirm that the replacement Style matches the original cartridge before installing.
  • Clean debris or mineral buildup from the cartridge chamber before inserting the new cartridge.
  • Align all tabs, openings, and hot/cold directions with the original installation.
  • Restore the water supply gradually and test handle movement, temperature adjustment, shut-off, and leaks.

Compatibility & Return Notice

This replacement cartridge is designed for selected RBROHANT products only. Compatibility with other brands or non-matching RBROHANT models is not guaranteed.

Replacement parts are not covered by the 30-day return policy. Please confirm the correct Style before placing your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rbrohant.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At RBROHANT, we value every single homeowner who chooses to use our products. Please read carefully as this concerns your rights and obligations once you have purchased and used our products. From the moment you purchase our products, we provide a lifetime warranty service for customers.RBROHANT will replace “free of charge” any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and use.

Please note: The lifetime warranty service is only for faucets and shower products. Bathtubs, Bathroom Vanities and Bath Accessories are not covered by the lifetime warranty service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR WARRANTY REQUEST

Online order detail required. (Must be clear to read with purchase date, model number, store name)
A brief description of the issue – to provide the diagnosis from owner or professional
An image and video will be required when the issue is relating to a mechanical or workmanship defect. Example: “There is an issue with my faucet color finish”.
Confirm full shipping address information including your phone number and apartment number if applicable
Please provide the required information, so that we can swiftly review your warranty case and respond as quickly as possible.
