Installation Notes:
- Designed for 3-hole bathtub deck installation; confirm hole spacing before drilling.
- Recommended deck hole diameter is about 1.38", with 3.94" center spacing between holes.
- Flush hot and cold supply lines before connecting the faucet.
- Secure the hand shower hose and gravity weight below the deck for smooth pull-out movement.
- Check all quick-connect fittings and test both water outlets before completing installation.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse faucet surfaces with clean water and dry with a soft cotton cloth after use.
- Use mild liquid soap only; avoid acidic cleaners, abrasives, rough pads, paper towels, and scrapers.
- Clear the waterfall outlet and hand shower nozzles if the water flow becomes uneven.
- Operate the side diverter gently and inspect under-deck connections if any dripping appears.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
