- Clean the sink drain opening before installing the new drain assembly.
- Position the gaskets and washers correctly to help prevent leaks.
- Tighten the mounting nut securely without overtightening or damaging the sink or finish.
- After installation, run water and check the drain flange, overflow area, and tailpiece connection for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the visible drain cover with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive pads, acidic cleaners, chlorine products, and metal brushes.
- Clean around the pop-up stopper periodically to remove hair or soap residue.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
