Installation Notes:
- This faucet uses a deck-mounted four-hole configuration with dedicated mounting positions for the hot handle, center spout, cold handle, and side sprayer.
- Verify approximately 8 inches of center-to-center spacing between the hot and cold faucet mounting positions before installation.
- Make sure the countertop or sink deck provides sufficient space for all four components and allows each decorative base to sit flat on the mounting surface.
- Leave adequate room beneath the sink for the side spray hose to move freely without rubbing against plumbing, cabinet walls, or stored items.
- Confirm that the hot and cold supply lines can reach the faucet connections without excessive tension, twisting, or sharp bends.
- Turn off the water supply before beginning installation. Once installation is complete, restore water gradually and check all connections while operating both the main faucet and side sprayer.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the faucet with a soft damp cloth and dry the surface afterward to reduce water spotting and preserve the finish.
- For everyday cleaning, use a small amount of mild soap with water rather than aggressive household cleaners.
- Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring powders, metal brushes, bleach, acidic cleaners, or other harsh chemicals on the finished surface.
- If the main stream becomes uneven, inspect and gently clean the spout aerator to remove sediment or mineral deposits.
- Check the side spray hose periodically to make sure it moves smoothly and remains free from kinks, excessive twisting, or leaks.
- Wipe Brushed Nickel and Brushed Gold surfaces in the direction of the finish whenever possible to help maintain a consistent appearance.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
