Installation Notes:
- Flush hot and cold water lines before connecting the thermostatic valve.
- Confirm rough-in depth before closing the finished wall.
- Install the rainfall and waterfall shower head level before final tightening.
- Connect each outlet to the rainfall shower, waterfall shower, and handheld shower as marked.
- Professional installation is recommended for correct valve setup, sealing, and leak prevention.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the shower head, digital panel, trim, hose, and hand shower with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, polishing powders, and rough cloths on the display panel.
- Clear the rainfall, waterfall, and handheld shower outlets if water flow becomes uneven.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
