Installation Notes:
- Flush the hot and cold water supply lines before connecting the shower mixer.
- Confirm the hot and cold inlet positions and approximately 5.91-inch connection spacing before installation.
- Check the shower arm projection, upper column adjustment range, handheld shower position, and tub-filling clearance before drilling.
- Install the exposed shower column vertically and secure both wall mounting points before attaching the shower head.
- Connect the rain shower head, handheld shower hose, and integrated waterfall tub outlet to their designated connections.
- Test the mixer, 3-function diverter, hose, waterfall outlet, and wall connections for leaks after installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for correct inlet orientation, alignment, secure mounting, and sealing.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the rain shower head, shower column, mixer body, hose, and handheld shower with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean the Rose Gold, Matte Black, or Polished Chrome finish with mild liquid soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasive pads, polishing powders, rough cloths, and harsh chemicals.
- Gently rub the silicone nozzles if mineral deposits cause uneven or reduced water flow.
- Keep the waterfall tub outlet clear of soap residue and mineral buildup to maintain a smooth water stream.
- Operate the manual mixer and function diverter gently to support smooth switching between outlets.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
