Installation Notes:
- Confirm that the floor plumbing layout is compatible with a freestanding outdoor shower before installation. Verify the hot and cold water supply connections and the required mounting position.
- Review the installation drawing and confirm the base dimensions, anchor locations, connection points, and available overhead clearance before fixing the shower to the floor.
- Install the shower on a stable, level surface suitable for supporting the assembled column. Ensure that the mounting base is securely fixed according to the correct installation instructions.
- Allow sufficient space for the curved shower arm, overhead rainfall spray, and handheld shower hose. Plan drainage to prevent standing water around the installation area.
- After installation, restore the water supply gradually. Test hot and cold temperature adjustment and operate the rain shower and handheld shower separately. Inspect the mixer, diverter, hose connections, and base for leaks.
- In freezing climates, shut off the water supply and drain the exposed plumbing components according to the installation instructions to help prevent freeze-related damage.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the shower with fresh water regularly, particularly after exposure to salt air, pool chemicals, sand, or other outdoor contaminants.
- Clean the brushed surface with mild soap, clean water, and a soft cloth. Dry the surface after cleaning to reduce water spots and mineral deposits.
- Avoid steel wool, abrasive pads, scouring powders, bleach-based cleaners, and harsh acidic or chloride-containing cleaning products that may damage the finish or affect corrosion resistance.
- Periodically inspect the handheld shower hose, mixer controls, water connections, and mounting base for leaks, loose fittings, or signs of wear.
- For seasonal installations, check the system before and after extended periods of non-use. Drain the plumbing as required when freezing temperatures are expected.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
