Installation Notes:
- Flush the hot and cold water supply lines before connecting the concealed valve.
- Confirm the valve rough-in depth and finished-wall thickness before closing the wall.
- Connect the diverter outlets to the rain shower head, handheld shower, and tub spout according to the valve markings.
- Install the square rain shower head level and position it over the intended showering area.
- Confirm the hand shower holder and tub spout positions before drilling or completing the finished wall.
- Seal wall openings around the valve trim, shower arm, hand shower outlet, and tub spout to help prevent water intrusion.
- Test all three water outlets and inspect threaded connections for leaks before completing installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for proper alignment, waterproofing, and leak prevention.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe exposed surfaces with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and mineral buildup.
- Clean the shower system with mild liquid soap and clean water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasive pads, polishing powders, and rough cleaning materials.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
