Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.

We just installed this in our guest bathroom in our newly built home. It looks amazing. Hasn’t been used yet.
Nice looking shower kit in the box, have yet to install it. Description is a bit deceiving, says made of SS and brass with NO mention of plastic. I expected some plastic but based on the description I thought it would be more metal than plastic. Overall it’s nice looking and if performance is good and it lasts then no regrets.

Great value for the price. It has good pressure, my husband wanted the rain shower but I was worried I wouldn’t be able to rinse out my shampoo - not a problem. The soap dish is convenient. Overall it looks really nice in the bathroom.
