Can I return my product?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Before ordering, please make sure the product is suitable for your installation. If you need assistance, contact support@rbrohant.com.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.

To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

When emailing support@rbrohant.com, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.

If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.

It is not a universal shower extension tube and may not fit other RBROHANT models.
The tube installs on the straight vertical riser section only.

Raises the Shower Head Position: Helps create more overhead clearance when the standard shower height feels too low.
Installs on the Vertical Riser: Extends the straight riser section without changing the original valve position or wall plumbing layout.

Custom Lengths Available: The standard length is 12 inches; custom lengths may be available after compatibility confirmation.

How to Confirm Compatibility:

Confirm that your original outdoor shower system belongs to the JK0145 series.
Locate the straight vertical riser section where the extension tube will be installed.
Compare the existing tube diameter, thread type, and connection structure with the product images.
Measure the extra height you need before ordering the standard tube or requesting a custom length.
Check that the added height will not interfere with ceilings, rooflines, wall supports, or surrounding structures.

Installation Notes:

Shut off the water supply before disassembling or extending the shower riser.
Confirm that the extension tube matches the existing riser threads and dimensions before installation.
Install the tube on the straight vertical riser section only.
Do not use this tube to change the valve position or alter the wall-mounted plumbing layout.
Keep the extension tube vertically aligned and avoid cross-threading the connections.
Restore the water supply gradually and check all connections for leaks.

Care & Maintenance:

Rinse and wipe the extension tube regularly, especially after outdoor use.
Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, scouring powders, and harsh chemical products.
Check the upper and lower connections periodically to make sure they remain secure and leak-free.
