Installation Notes:
- Flush hot and cold water lines before connecting the valve.
- Confirm rough-in depth before closing the finished wall.
- Install the embedded valve box level and secure inside the wall.
- Connect the diverter outlets to the rain shower head and handheld shower as marked.
- Professional installation is recommended for proper alignment and leak prevention.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe exposed surfaces with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, and polishing powders.
- Gently clear shower nozzles if the spray pattern becomes uneven.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
