Installation Notes:
- Confirm that the installation location supports a freestanding outdoor shower and has the required hot and cold water supply connections.
- Review the installation drawing and verify the plumbing connections, mounting dimensions, and anchor positions before installation.
- Mount the shower on a stable, level surface using suitable anchoring hardware and appropriate waterproofing.
- Allow sufficient clearance for the overhead shower head and curved arm, and ensure adequate space to use the handheld sprayer comfortably.
- Provide suitable drainage to prevent water from accumulating around the shower base.
- After installation, test the hot and cold water controls and both shower functions. Inspect the water connections, handheld hose, and mounting area for leaks.
- In freezing climates, shut off and drain the system according to the manufacturer's winterization instructions.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the shower with fresh water regularly, particularly after exposure to salt air, pool chemicals, or sand.
- Clean the surface with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth. Dry it afterward to help reduce water spots and mineral deposits.
- Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach-based products, and harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
