Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your outdoor wall plumbing layout supports wall-mounted shower installation.
- Check hot and cold water supply lines before connecting the mixer valve.
- Install the shower on a stable wall or finished outdoor surface that can support the system.
- Plan the adjustable shower height, shower arm clearance, and foot wash position before final mounting.
- Follow the installation manual, then restore water gradually and check the valve, shower head, handheld sprayer, foot spout, and wall connections for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse and wipe the surface regularly, especially after exposure to pool water, salt air, sand, or heavy outdoor use.
- Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, scouring powders, and harsh chemical products.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
