- Check hot and cold water supply lines before connecting the mixer valve.
- Install the shower on a stable, level floor surface that can support the fixed base.
- Plan the shower position, adjustable height range, and handheld use area before final mounting.
- Follow the installation manual, then restore water gradually and check the valve, shower head, handheld sprayer, hose, and base connections for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
