- Flush hot and cold supply lines before connecting the mixer valve.
- Seal all wall openings properly to help prevent water from entering behind the finished surface.
- Professional installation is recommended for valve alignment, waterproofing, and final testing.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet, spout, and hand shower with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild soap and water only; avoid acidic cleaners, abrasives, rough pads, and paper towels.
- Remove buildup from the spout outlet and hand shower nozzles if the water flow becomes uneven.
- Check the hose and wall outlet connection if dripping or reduced flow appears.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
