Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your sink or vanity countertop supports a 3-hole widespread faucet installation.
- Check that the handle spacing fits the 4-inch to 16-inch widespread layout before installation.
- Make sure the 360° gooseneck spout has enough clearance and aligns with the basin to help reduce splashing.
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies and flush the supply lines before final connection.
- Follow the installation manual, then restore water gradually and check the spout, handles, quick connect fittings, and supply hoses for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and fingerprints.
- Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive powders, scouring pads, and harsh chemical products.
- Clean the spout outlet regularly if the water stream becomes uneven or reduced.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.
When emailing support@rbrohant.com, please include:

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
