Installation Notes:
- Designed for deck-mounted bathtub installation with separate holes for the handle, spout, and hand shower.
- Recommended mounting hole diameter is about 1.38"; spacing can be adjusted to fit the tub deck.
- Flush hot and cold supply lines before connecting the faucet.
- Hand-tighten flexible hoses first to help protect the O-rings.
- Connect the shower hose and gravity weight so the hand shower pulls out and returns smoothly.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cotton cloth after use.
- Use mild liquid soap only; avoid acidic cleaners, abrasives, rough pads, paper towels, and scrapers.
- Keep the open-channel spout free of buildup to maintain an even waterfall flow.
- Clean the hand shower nozzles if the spray becomes uneven or reduced.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
