- Confirm the wall plumbing supports a 2-hole, 8-inch centerset layout.
- Check clearance for the spring neck, sprayer movement, backsplash, cabinets, and shelves.
- Shut off hot and cold water supplies before installation.
- Flush the supply lines before connecting the faucet to reduce debris.
- After installation, test all water modes, sprayer movement, and wall connections for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive pads, acidic cleaners, chlorine products, and metal brushes.
- Rinse the sprayer face if any water mode becomes uneven.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
