Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your sink or vanity countertop supports deck-mounted bathroom faucet installation.
- Use the included deck plate for compatible 3-hole 4-inch sink layouts when extra holes need to be covered.
- Check the curved arch spout height, reach, and basin position before installation to help reduce splashing.
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies and flush the supply lines before final connection.
- Follow the installation manual, then restore water gradually and check the faucet base, drain, supply lines, and connections for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet and drain surface with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and fingerprints.
- Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive powders, scouring pads, and harsh chemical products.
- Remove and clean the aerator if the water stream becomes uneven or reduced.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
