- Flush hot and cold water lines before connecting the mixer valve.
- Confirm wall-mount height, tub spout position, and slide bar placement before drilling.
- Install the faucet body level so the waterfall outlet fills the tub correctly.
- Check the diverter, hose, hand shower, slide bar, and wall connections for leaks after installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for correct valve placement, sealing, and water-supply connections.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet body, shelf, slide bar, hose, and hand shower with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, polishing powders, and rough cloths.
- Clear the waterfall outlet and hand shower nozzles if water flow becomes uneven.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
