- Check that the faucet height, handle clearance, and pull-out movement fit your basin layout.
- Make sure there is enough open space under the sink for the hose and return weight to move freely.
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies and flush the supply lines before final connection.
- Follow the installation manual, then restore water gradually and check the faucet base, pull-out hose, spray head, and supply connections for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet and spray head with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and fingerprints.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
