- Professional installation is recommended for correct valve connection, sealing, and alignment.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the shower column, display panel, shelf, hose, and hand shower with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, polishing powders, and rough cloths on the display panel.
- Clear the overhead shower and handheld shower nozzles if the spray pattern becomes uneven.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
