Installation Notes:
- Confirm that your outdoor plumbing layout supports wall-mounted shower installation before installation.
- Ensure hot and cold water supply lines are correctly connected to the mixer valve.
- Install the shower system on a strong and stable wall surface capable of supporting the stainless steel structure.
- Select the appropriate installation height and shower arm position according to your outdoor space requirements.
- After installation, slowly restore water supply and check all connections, including mixer valve, shower head, handheld sprayer, hose, and wall fittings for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Regularly rinse the outdoor shower surface to remove chlorine, salt, dust, sand, and outdoor residue.
- Clean with mild soap and warm water, then dry with a soft cloth to maintain the brushed nickel or matte black finish.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, acidic chemicals, steel wool, and harsh cleaning tools that may damage the surface finish.
- In freezing climates, drain the shower system and winterize the water lines before long-term storage.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
