- Confirm faucet position, tub clearance, and floor water-supply location before drilling.
- Flush hot and cold supply lines before connecting the thermostatic valve.
- Keep the factory-calibrated thermostatic valve assembly intact during installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for floor anchoring, temperature setup, and final leak testing.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet body, gooseneck spout, base, and hand shower with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild soap and water only; avoid acidic cleaners, abrasives, rough pads, paper towels, and scrapers.
- Clean the spout outlet and hand shower nozzles if the water flow becomes uneven.
- Do not force or disassemble the thermostatic control; follow the manual for service checks.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
