Installation Notes:
- Flush hot and cold water supply lines before installing the concealed valve.
- Confirm the valve rough-in depth and finished-wall thickness before closing the wall.
- Install the shower arm and round rain shower head securely and confirm proper alignment.
- Mount the handheld shower holder at a comfortable height for daily use.
- Position the tub spout at an appropriate height above the bathtub.
- Connect each outlet according to the valve markings and verify correct diverter operation.
- Test the rain shower, handheld shower, and tub spout and inspect all connections for leaks before completing installation.
- Professional installation is recommended.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe exposed surfaces with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and mineral buildup.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and clean water only.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
